| Abstract;Fundamental reading of each body region in fetal ultrasonic examination and the ultrasonic images and MRI of the congentinal diseases, which should be discovered in early stage, are shown. 1) Reading of cranial region, 2) reading of thoracic region, 3) reading of heart, 1 (section of 3 blood vessels are observed shifting in parallel from 4 cavity section), 4) reading of heart 2 (left ventricular runout, right ventricular runout, crossing of aorta and pulmonary artery), 5) reading of abdominal region, 6) reading of arrow-like section, and 7) reading of the image in each disease (central nerve anomaly: spinal meningocele, thoracic anomaly: congenital diaphramatic hernia, pulmonary cystic adenoma-like malformation, heart/great vessel anomaly: viscera situs heterotaxia syndrome, abdominal anomaly: gastroschisis/jejunum ileum closure), are explained. |
