Abstract; The flag from automatic hematocyte analyzer usually shows an abnormality in the sample, but in some cases, it is caused by the abnormality in the equipment or mixing of foreign substance in the sample. 1) The response at the appearance of a flag, 2) the flag to be noticed by the operator([PLT Clumps?] occurs frequently: phenomenon, cause ( blockage of detector or flow cell, bubble adhesion, fouling), response (confirmation of appearance of fouling particles on the DIFF or the scattergram of IMI channel, cleaning of machine parts), [RBC Lyse Res?] appears frequently: phenomenon, cause, countermeasure, beard-like particles appear on the scattergram of WBC/BASO channel: phenomenon, cause (possibility of the effect of triglyceride), effect on leukocyte number, countermeasures (remeasurement with DIFF addition or visual observation), are described.
