| Abstract; There are some samples in which PT (prothrombin time) is in the standard range and APTT (activated partial thromboplastin time) is over 40 seconds. In such a case, disease states such as endogenous coagulation factor coloboma, endogenous coagulation factor inhibitor, lupus anti core grant (LA) should be kept in mind. For the differentiation, APTT test of the mixed blood plasma is carried out. The curve which is convex to the bottom is drawn in the case of coagulation factor coloboma. Clinically, LA, von Willebrand disease and mild hemophilia are suspected, when only APTT is slightly extended in the preoperative screening test. The case which is positive for LA but negative for anti-phospholipid antibody syndrome does not require medical therapy in case of operation. The operation is possible, even when it seems to be the extension of nonspecific APTT, if there is no problem in clinical symptom and family history. In the case with disseminanted intravascular coagulation syndrome, it is necessary to measure the molecular marker of coagulation fibrinogenolysis system, since in some cases slight consumption of coagulation factor is reflected. |
