Abstract;Objective: A 50 year old male was treated for sarcoma of the foot and subsequently developed supraclavicular lymph node metastasis. This rare presentation was discussed. Design: Case Report Methods: The patient was operated and subsequently administered systemic chemotherapy. Results: The patient had a nodal relapse in the supraclavicular fossa and was given palliative radiotherapy for the same. Conclusion: Patients of Synovial sarcoma of the foot region have an overall poor prognosis. Their prognosis becomes more dismal if they have large size and an unfavourable histology. (author abst.)
