| Abstract;P&G/Max Factor Co.,Ltd. devised the strategy of the physical distribution network reformation to unify the distribution centers dispersed until now into a single hub delivery center to realize the delivery in the next morningin to all parts of Japan and to manage this business by outsourcing. This paper described the outline of the construction of the logistic plan by Yamakyu Inc.who received the order and the constructed hub distribution center including the pre-requisite of the center design, material handling system and facilities, the operation and transition of the achievement using the figures and tables. |
