| Abstract;The plant transfer program Sankyu Corp. has participated from September 2002 to December 2003 including the transfer of the plant from Kameyama City to Muchin City in China, and the trial operation of the plant by Sankyu Corp. after the plant is re-erected. The total plant for copper smelting, rolling, and finishing operations were dismantled, shipped, and re-erected with the total weight of the transportation of 14 kFT. The necessary management system was established, and the detailed scheduling was set up. A bar coding central management system was introduced for conducting quality controls, and the system was utilized in customs service offices, and work implementation controls. Several problems on the erection works including the over-head cranes and power receiving systems were successfully solved. Housing conversion stands were designed and employed for maintaining the quality of the fabrication of the housings and cost reduction. A phosphoric acid pickling method was employed to wash hydraulic driving mechanisms, and the flushing of the hydraulic pipes was conducted by Sankyu Corp. The trial operation of the re-erected plant was conducted and finished much earlier than planned by three months. |
