| Abstract;A naive T cell which was born in bone marrow can be differentiated in cytotoxic T cell (I) and memory T cell (II). There are central II which waits for meeting antigen in the lymph node and effector II which shifts to peripheral with I in II. There is a gut associated lymphatic tissue (GALT) which is the mucosa immunity equipment in the alimentary canal mucosa. It was proven that the skin and mucosa also induced II by a navigator system which induced the immune cell. The naive B cell which was born in bone marrow proliferates by receiving antigen presentation, and is differentiated to low affinity IgG memory B cells, after it is differentiated to IgM antibody producion cells. Various affinitive memory B cells (I) can be produced from here. High affinity IgGI is differentiated to plasma cell and I. I has memory which produces IgG with high affinity, and the IgG antibody with high affinity can be produced immediately in the secondary infection. |
