| Abstract;Epidemiology of the tuberculosis, problems of the tuberculosis in Japan, diagnosis and treatment were described. On the cases which took usual treatment progress, the progress of the smear positive culture negative and the cases which indicated the reproduced fungus after the temporary improvement, the treatment progress and transition of test value after the diagnosis were described, and 2 cases were mentioned. And, test methods other than the bacteriolgic test were explained as test methods for diagnosis, besides the bacteriolgic test methods such as smear examination, cultivating examination, nucleic acid amplification method and picking of samples. The case 1 is a 79-year-old man of the severe tuberculosis case with the tuberculosis medical history. The case was diagnosed as the Mycobacterium tuberculosis in the PCR examination. The culture was negatived by HREZ4 medicine, but the smear has continued to be positive for sixth months. The case 2 is a 48-year-old man of the severe pulmonary tuberculosis. It was a case in which the reproduced fungus was recognized after the temporary improvement but the resistance was acquired. |
