| Abstract;The technique and knack for solving the effects of body shape and digestive tract gas which existed around the pancreas which made the delineation of the pancreas difficult were mentioned. Next, it is necessary to memorize anatomical position of the pancreas thoroughly, so that the schema can be described without referring to anything and next, to continue the adjustment of the diagnostic equipment. Technique and knack were also introduced on each basis operation of epigastric part transverse scan, epigastric part longitudinal scan and left intercostal scan. It is a knack of improvement in the delineation ability to find an acoustic window, utilizing the common technique such as oppression scanning, change of position and respiration adjustment. And, it is the observation that is more important than the delineation. The measurement of tube diameter for easy observation of the pancreas tube is very important for observation of the pancreas. |
