| Abstract;As an operation using the flag message, the operation method using IP (interpretive) message (I) which was indispensable for leucocyte 5 classification functions in multiple items blood corpuscle automatic analysis equipment XE2100 (I) was introduced. The possibility for the operation by utilizing I, was examined, before it was operated. The idioblast data and NEGATIVE data were examined in making 11,203 cases of measured data with the request of hemogram and CBC in routine test to be the analysis objects. In actual operation for one month in September, 2004, the reported cases of the leucocyte of 5 classification data measured in I were 4,251 in 6,280 requested cases of the hemogram examination. The cases in which idioblas appeared or morphological abnormality appeared were 756, cases which showed 5 classifications and light morphological abnormality were 815, cases which showed only 5 classifications were 145, and others were 313 cases in 2,029 cases examined in visual and in scope. |
