Abstract;With the aid of the equation of motion (Schroedinger equation), an attempt is made to formulate the supersymmetric and relativistic quantum mechanics. The one particle supersymmetric theory can be regarded as the first excited state in the boson vacuum. The theory corresponds to the quantum mechanics of the massive chiral multiplet. In the derivation, the matrix formulation is employed whose entries are the chiral multiplet fields and the supersymmetry generators.
