| Abstract;This paper presents a method of one-lot bridge erection system capable of shortening much more the passage regulation time than the conventional one and reducing its cost. In the new system, this paper mounts in one body a long stroke hydraulic special lifter ( power lift in trade name ) and a frame work ( unit frame ) for supporting bridge on the heavy weight transporting vehicle under transportation. By this, to the one-lot bridge erection work carried out by the conventional transporting vehicle and a large crane by which lifting is carried out in the erection site, erection works can be carried out only by this system after ensuring its safety. This paper explains the outline of composition of equipment and its operational procedures on the basis of work results in actual construction works. |
