Abstract;We propose a method of personal positioning with wearable self-contained sensors and a GPS receiver. The method is based on sensor fusion of estimates of relative displacement by dead-reckoning that measures human walking locomotion and estimates of absolute location by the GPS within a Kalman filtering framework.
