Abstract;A dialogue interface for home automation systems using a semantic representation which enables semantic structure mapping is described. In order to cope with the large variety of user's input sentences, the system interprets them into semantic representations. Then the representations are mapped on the dialogue context or knowledge of the system. Through the mapping procedure, information in the inputs, dialogue context, and knowledge are unified to achieve understanding the whole inputs and to continue natural interaction with users.
