Abstract; We designed a Sommelier & Photographer robot system based on our agent architecture. In this system, a multifunction robot with mobile and handling functions pours wine into guest's glasses and takes pictures of the party. Other small mobile robots deliver the pictures from a printer to the guests. In our agent architecture, we prepared several types of agents that control robots, acquire sensor information, and support humans. The human support agent, called a monitor agent, is generated when the human is recognized in the environment, and information is collected from several sensors and service logs from robots. The agent then recognizes the location and behavior of the human and requests suitable service tasks from the robots. We implemented a human service system that consists of a large multifunction robot and small single function robots in the party hall. (author abst.)
