| Abstract;In this paper, we propose a new method to support travel planning with Weblog. We designed a system that generate users' articles based on information extracted from articles written by other people. Use of search engines is not suitable as assisting travel planning. One reason is that travel purpose is not easy to describe in a few keywords. The other reason is that pages as search results usually contain unrelated information for travel planning because each page is written for some specific reason. Our system generates virtual articles by searching, extracting and composing pages written by other people. Composition of related information as travel articles is easy for people to understand because they can imagine scenes of traveling. (author abst.) |
