| Abstract;This paper presents the above new measuring device in order to improve a working method of maintenance business. In order to judge wear of a cylinder of polymer extrusion equipment, the inner diameter was measured by desassembling a cylinder until now, but a method to measure an inner diamete without desassembling was developed. The device consists of an inner diameter measurement wheel equipped with a dial gauge and a gradient prevention guide. A measurement error is 0.05mm, and it has sufficient accuracy in comparison with mnagement values of wear under 1 to 2mm. |
