| Abstract;This paper presents SANKYU Field Machining System (SFM) which is a product of the titled machining technique which SANKYU Co. originally developed. In maintenance of manufacturing facilities, the SFM was developed as technology to convert field machining which has been conducted by manual operations until now, and machining which has been conducted in a factory by dismantling and by transporting, into machining in fields. As concrete examples, this paper shows the following 4 examples: Plane cutting of a roll chock basis, bridle role surface polishing, bolt hole drilling for rolling mill keeper plate fixation and cylindrical body peripheral cutting. |
