Abstract;This research aims at the realization a new transmission for bicycles using pneumatic power. The step pedal which was shown in previous report is improved. And the energy regeneration function which changed kinematic energy to air pressure when the brake is put on and which was stored was carried. This paper shows the principle of the energy regeneration function and the outdoors experiment. (author abst.)
