Abstract;This paper proposes the scanning type non-contact impedance sensing where the sensor can detect the impedance parameters without stopping the line. The scanning type sensing with constant moving speed is proposed and explored its working condition. We also discuss the practical applicability through both analysis and experiments. (author abst.)
