| Abstract;Appearance of drug-tolerant Plasmodium prompts to increase patients with malaria, and the vaccine is wanted to be rapidly developed. The vaccine blocking malaria transmission is as unique as killing Plasmodium in the body of mosquito vector. The vaccine, therefore, is expected to be able to stop the distribution of drug-tolerant Plasmodium. In order to identify novel vaccine candidate molecules by using genome informations, authors have expressed Plasmodium genome-wide recombinant proteins by cell-free protein synthetic system using wheat germs, and started screening of vaccine candidate antigens. |
