Abstract;The Coproica species of the family Sphaeroceridae from the Ryukyu Islands, Japan, are studied. Nine species are recorded, and one of them is described as a new species, C. lacteipennis sp. nov. Coproica rohaceki is newly recorded from the Oriental Region. (author abst.)
