Abstract; We discuss the possibility of detecting in Korea the neutrino beam from J-PARC at Tokai village in Japan during the T2K experimental period. For a combination of the 3.DEG.off-axis beam at Super-Kamiokande with baseline length L=295Km and the 0.5.DEG.off-axis beam in the east coast of Korea at L=1000Km, we find that the neutrino mass hierarchy can be resolved and CP phase of the MNS unitary matrix can be constrained uniquely at 3-.SIGMA. level when sin'2'2.THETA.rct.GEQ.0.06. Here .THETA.rct is the third mixing angle.
