Abstract;The low-lying eigenmodes of the Wilson-Dirac operator is investigated by the quenched 16'4' lattice simulation. The operator is associated with the Luescher's gauge action, and suppresses the topology change. It is studied how much the appearance of near-zero modes is suppressed. Preliminary results are given for the dynamical simulation of overlap fermions with 2 flavors.
