| Abstract;Women often complain about their dark facial skin color to aesthetic dermatologists. However, the dermatological definition and mechanism of dark skin have not been clarified. We studied the correlation between the values of the chroma and the brightness calculated by Roboskin Analyzer RSA-100 (Inforward, inc. Tokyo, Japan), and the results of a questionnaire measuring the degree of satisfaction for chemical peeling (CP) and iontophoresis treatment. There was no correlation between the result of the degree of satisfaction after treatment, and the values of the chroma and the brightness. In order to evaluate the degree of patient satisfaction with CP and iontophoresis treatment, we will ask more detailed questions about other complaints of acne, enlarged pores, skin texture, dry rough skin, blotches, etc. Further investigation of the causes and other treatment will be needed.
