Abstract;A 37-year-old Japanese woman presented with 2-year history of brownish spot on the right second toe. The spot rapidly enlarged in a half of the year, and presented 8mm nodule. Histological examination revealed symmetrical, sharply demarcated nevus cells nests in the epidermis and the dermis, and was to typical Spitz nevus. Some of the nests show transepidermal elimination. Spitz nevus of the toe is uncommon and that with transepidermal elimination is also rare. (author abst.)
