Abstract; We report a case of lung adeno-carcinoma metastasized to the skin. The patient was a 71-years old male. Five subcutaneous nodules were located on the abdomen, back, buttocks, and the inguinal region. He died 7 months after the skin metastasis. In last decade, we experienced 14 cases of metastatic skin cancer. Lung cancer was the most common primary region, followed by breast cancer. Pathologically, adeno carcinoma was more common than squamous cell carcinoma. Average survival period was 13.7 months after finding the skin metastasis. (author abst.)
