Abstract;Case 1: A 45-year-old woman consulted our department for asymptomatic erythema on the face and upper/lower limbs. The lesions in the face and upper limbs had persisted for 2 days, and the lesions in the lower limbs had persisted for 1 day. Cold symptoms were noted 20 days before the initial consultation. Case 2: A 53-year-old woman consulted our department for asymptomatic erythema on the trunk and limbs. Fever and headache had persisted for 5 days before the initial consultation. Case 3: A 45-year-old woman consulted our department for pruritic erythema on the trunk and limbs, which had persisted for 2 days. Cold symptoms with fever had persisted for 1 week before the initial consultation. In patients, hematology showed an increase in the HPV-B19IgM antibody titer, suggesting primary erythema infectiosum. (author abst.)
