| Abstract;Eighty to ninety percent of cancer pain is possible to control. Adjuvant analgesics include antidepressant, anticonvulsant, anti-anxiety drug, antiarrhythmic drug, adrenal steroid, alpha2 adrenergic drug, and NMDA receptor antagonist. There is a limited number of study on the efficacy of ketamine against cancer pain. Oral administration of ketamine is off-label use while effective. |
