Abstract;Continuous subcutaneous injection involves slow injection of drugs by small syringe pump or balloon pump. The method produces the same effects as continuous intravenous injection with stable analgesic action. Morphine, fentanyl, oxycodone, buprenorphine, eptazocine, tramadol, lidocaine, and ketamine are currently used in the method when applied to cancer patients. Opioid rotation is employed to patients with renal dysfunction. For home use of the method, a chronofuser whose injection speed or content cannot be tampered with by non-professionals should be used.
