Abstract;Nerve block is an effective method to contain physical pain. It is used in management of cancer pain. Morphine-resisant pain can be tamed by nerve block. A neurolytic is used after prescription of local anesthetics. About 40% of cancer patients require nerve block as an effective way to contain pain. Applying the method at an early stage is an option as it can help maintain patients' QOL longer.
