Abstract;Cancer patients suffer from various kinds of pain, and are in high risk for decubitus as they often develop bone protrusion and their skin integration weakens. Dispersing body weight on particular areas is the most effective care to decubitus. Helping patients change positions, using adecuate device for weight dispersal, and conducting preventive skin care are employed. Terminal cancer patients are especially in high risk for decubitus. Implementing measures against infection, removing necrotic tissue, maintaining adecuate moisture are necessary. Preventive skin care is performed after prescription of anticancer drugs that suppresses skin integration.
