Abstract;A 51-year-old male patient presented with erythema, edema, swelling and blister on the left leg that had developed 20 days previously. He had developed bronchial asthma one year ago, which was under medical treatment. The patient subsequently exhibited various cutaneous symptoms, including purpura and small papules on bilateral legs and abdomen, with an onset of fever later. Peripheral eosinophils and serum IgE levels were increased. Endoscopic biopsy from the lower gastrointestinal tract revealed features of extravascular granuloma. We finally diagnosed our case as allergic granulomatous angiitis with polymorphic cutaneous symptoms. (author abst.)
