Abstract; Many catheters have been designed for follow-up study after coronary artery bypass graft surgery and reported. We used the uniquely designed original catheter (Type Suzuki Brachial Catheter) and performed trans-brachial catheterization in 30 patients. In order to determine the effectiveness of the original catheter, we examined total fluoroscopy time. We could get used to smooth engage in angiography using this catheter and image many grafts safely. We expect the original catheter can decrease total fluoroscopy time and radiation dose estimation of patients and operators, because there is an advantage that can simplify catheter exchanges.
