| Abstract;Although dye lasers are widely used to treat vascular diseases such as angiomas, they only became equipped with the functions of pulse-width-variable and cooling devices much later, resulting in improved treatment results. In addition, there was a concomitant decrease in aggressive skin damage by treatment, which was also shortened, and daily stress decreased for the patients. This advance was applied for skin rejuvenation, which can now be performed rapidly, in a non-ablative manner. We have investigated the effect of treatment by pulse-changeable dye laser applied to redness at the time of acne disappearance, which remains for a long period despite the disappearance of inflammation. The results showed that this treatment is effective, and all patients were satisfied with this effect. (author abst.) |
