| Abstract; The main purpose of this feasibility study is collecting fundamental knowledge for full operation or prompt functional recovery of buildings just after seismic disasters in order to reflect it on the conceptional model of the structural performance evaluation. In this study, the authors considered down time after disasters the fundamental index for evaluating the reparability of the building and summarized the reparability limit states of several types of buildings such as office, factory and hospital according to the index. This study will contribute to the framework of the Business Continuity Plan (BCP) which lots of companies or facilities are recently needed to prepare. (author abst.) |
