| Abstract;Renovation technologies for condominiums and single detached houses were categorized based on the use's demand and the social needs. Renovation information for each technology was summarized as an information card and the information cards were pile up as a reference guidebook for non-experts who are willing to renovate their home. Additional information on the renovation technologies particularly for external walls was collected. This information includes the test data and gives detail technology information to the non-experts and the experts. The general framework of the user friendly renovation guidebook was proposed and the detail information was prepared for a certain field of renovation. Further research should be done to complete the guidebook that can provide useful information on every renovation field. (author abst.) |
