| Abstract;The developed system can simulate urban development process, based on a data base which stores 3D objects with time stamp of creation and demolition on a web server, which enables clients to browse any time point from the simulated time period, equipped with back-up functions and auditing functions for executive usage. For testing, actual data of an urban development project in Tsukuba city was provided, and demonstrated for the visitors to a festival celebrating the opening of a new district near to a new station of new railroad.
