| Abstract;Electricity storage technology is indispensable for making the most out of renewable energy, such as photovoltaic systems, fuel cell power generation systems, etc. Among many methods of electricity storage, the electric double layer capacitor is drawing attention recently as a new electricity storage device as innovations are made. We applied such electric double layer capacitor as a means of energy storage to a fuel cell power generation system for household use, developed a prototype of it, and carried out experiments. As a conclusion, we found that such electricity storage system worked effectively in household use and as a stand alone system. (author abst.) |
