| Abstract;The size of a glass substrate for a TV monitor has become increasingly large as the flat-panel TV monitor has become popular in the market. To meet the market trend, NACHI has developed Clean Robot "Artis SJ 120 C" that accurately transfers the fairly large glass substrate with high speed, utilizing the technology developed for a large, heavy payload transfer robot used in an automobile production line. Artis SJ 120 C has the heavy payload capability and can transfer the 9th generation glass substrate with wide-ranging mobility. In addition, it allows high productivity with the highly accurate transfer of glass substrates. (author abst.) |
