Abstract; There are some block methods for mandibular nerves. The most frequent used method is an oral cavity outer method with fluoroscopic control or without fluoroscopic control. Mandibular nerves are thicker than maxillary nerves. A technique is established with fluoroscopic control. A block needle is inserted. Trial administration of a local anesthetic is carried out with long-term observation. A neurolytic drug can be administered without complications. This method can be used for trigeminal neuralgia, pain of malignant tumor, postherpetic neuralgia, headache, and prosopalgia.
