| Abstract; In caudal block, the position of a patient is important and is adjusted with a sacral foramen observed. In puncture method, there are two positions such as oblique position and prone position. In oblique position, hands of an operator are exposed to radiation. In prone position, there is no exposure of hands to radiation but it takes time for a block procedure. The key of successful caudal block is to place patients' posterior sacral foramina directly below X-ray fluoroscopy. |
