Abstract;Through some well known troubles of foods in Japan, demands for food traceability are growing. Since the conventional model of product information distribution requires registration, it will involve an information-monopsony by some general databanks that allows limited data items. Especially, information needed by minority consumers is often neglected. In order to solve these problems, we propose a model of product information distribution where publishers open a variety of product information described with RSS and subscribers collect and select it automatically on their demands. On this proposed model, publishers transmit information for which subscribers define data format. It also activates to use databanks that deal with detailed information. In addition, systems with this model will be able to search information deeply to across industries which was impossible so far. We have developed an application based on this model to evaluate it. By evaluation sessions recruiting 21 consumer subjects, we have found that this application is useful, disclosure of information improves traceability, and focused databanks can collect information for each consumer's needs.
