| Abstract;In measurement of thermal conductivity of thermal insulation materials, the uncertainty of thermal conductivity measurement is decided by 4 factors mainly. They are (1) heat flow through specimens, (2) thickness measurement of specimens, (3) measuring area, (4) temperature measurement. In these factors temperature measurement has a great effect to uncertainty of thermal conductivity measurement. We investigated a measurement method of temperature so that the uncertainty became smaller. As a result the uncertainty of thermal conductivity measurement changed into 1.5% from 2.5%. In Japan, JIS mark certification system was revised at October 2005. Before JIS mark certification system was revised a nation had licensed to indicate JIS mark to factories. So JIS mark certification system was revised accredited certification bodies license to indicate JIS mark instead of a nation. In this report new JIS mark certification system and standard materials of thermal conductivity for thermal insulation were introduced. (author abst.) |
