Abstract; The patient was a 58-year-old man, visiting our hospital with papillomatous lesions on the lips and in the oral cavity. Because of histopathological findings and microscopic examination (KOH), we diagnosed this case as oral florid papillomatosis on the basis of oral candidiasis. He was first treated with anti-fungal agents and cryotherapy unsuccessfully. We therefore treated him with surgical excision and chemical peeling with 60% trichloroacetic acid. TCA peeling was effective for the follow-up treatment. (author abst.)
