| Abstract;The volume translated Peng-Robinson equation of state with the group contribution method UNIFAC g'E' (excess Gibbs energy) mixing rule can predict thermophysical properties of pure components and the large number of mixtures in VLE, super heated and subcool region well by the small number of interaction parameters. On the other hand, when functional groups for the substances are not defined or group interaction parameters are not prepared, it is difficult to use this method. In this paper, we used UNIQUAC equation instead of UNIFAC to calculate g'E' in the mixing rule and calculated the saturated liquid density of propane, butane and isobutene and isothermal vapor liquid equilibria of (1) propane+(2) butane system and (1) propane+(2) isobutene system. It is one of prediction methods which can cover the blank of parameter table of UNIFAC. (author abst.) |
