| Abstract;PROPATH is a subroutine/function type computer program package for thermophysical properties of fluids. The users can get thermophysical properties quite easily on referring these subroutines and/or functions. In addition to the static link libraries, the current version 12.1 provides the dynamic link libraries on Microsoft Windows operating systems. The dynamic link library with Microsoft Excel makes the users get thermophysical properties with no programming. The next version published in 2006 includes the accurate equations of state recently published for R23, R32, R125, R134a, R143a, R152a, methane, ethane, propane, n-butane, isobutane, ethylene, ammonia, argon, nitrogen, methanol, ethanol, carbon dioxide, and water. The libraries provided on the new version are improved in both numerical stability and algorithm. (author abst.) |
