| Abstract;Have you ever wondered what makes an airplane go up and fly in the air? It is said that the true logic is still unknown even now. However, many papers have been published to explain the fact. Elastohydrodynamic Lubrication Theory is supported by the similar hypothesis that explains the logic of plane aviation. Using the theories based on hypotheses, almost all the natural phenomena can be understood, and the application based on a hypothesis can bring the result as expected. Elastohydrodynamic Lubrication Theory explicates the movement of a lubricant when a lubricant lies between two contacting metals that are making relative motion under load. Discussed here is the development of the Elastohydrodynamic Lubrication Theory. (author abst.) |
