Abstract; In recent years, the social environment has become more complex and people's personal lives have become more varied, so the development of security systems that detect hazards and allow us to avoid these has become necessary for us to be safe and secure. Such a system would need facilities to detect unusual situations automatically and inform system administrators of unusual situations by sensing and recognizing our environment. To insure safety, person authentication and the detection of unusual situation would also be important. To detect suspicious action, the system needs to detect, track and identify people surreptiously. Cameras have usually been utilized as environmental sensors because they do not make us feel uncomfortable. In this paper, we introduce intelligent systems for monitoring the environment and human that can recognize suspicious actions and identify people by using intelligent camera sensors and omnidirectional image sensors.
