| Abstract;As one of the measures for extending the coke oven life, the titled equipment under use at Kakogawa Steel Plant is explained with respect to the system and functions. The development goal of the system is outlined, and the machine has the following features. 1) A repairing lance is mounted on a charging car, and is inserted through a charging hole. A support point is installed above the furnace, and by rotating the main body by 90 degrees to reduce the preparation and waiting time greatly even the furnace is in operation. 3) The lance is a single structure without conventional telescope type structure for eliminating errors induced to improve the repairing accuracy. |
